THERE WERE 3 MAJOR TRAIL RUNS IN THIS YEARS EVENT INCLUDING SAN ANGELO'S ONLY 50 K RACE.

RUNNERS HAD ONLY 8 HOURS TO COMPLETE THEIR SPECIFIED COURSES...

OVER 100 PEOPLE PREREGITERED FOR HALF MARATHON ALONE BUT MANY MORE SHOWED UP ON THE GROUNDS TO REGISTER TO RUN THE GRUELING COURSES.

ALTHOUGH THIS IS A PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY CHALLENGING RACE, MANY FOUND COMFORT IN THE SURROUNDING WILDLIFE OF THE COURSE.
