Angelo State's Women's Basketball team won again on Saturday as well as
they beat the Pioneers of Texas Woman's in Denton. The win is the 4th in
a row for the Belles, equaling their longest such streak in two
seasons. It wasn't an easy victory but Coach Brooks liked what she saw.
Sally Brooks: "We had a big lead and they made a push and put some pressure on us. And we've lose some games like that in the past and we didn't panic in any way, we just stepped up and made our free throws and played some good defense and got the rebounds and pulled out the win, which on the road is really all you're asking them to do."
