Text Ban While Driving

State troopers say drivers who text and drive can be as dangerous as drivers who are intoxicated. In January a West Texas state representative plans to introduce a bill to ban texting and driving in texas. State Representative Tom Craddick of Midland is sponsoring the bill to ban texting while driving in texas. Right now there is a state law banning texting for drivers under the age of 18. More than two dozen cities across the state of Texas have already banned texting and driving.
