SAISD finds replacement for Joanne Rice

The San Angelo school district has a replacement for assistant superintendent Joanne rice. Superintendent Carol Ann Bonds announced this week that Shelly Hullihen from the Livingston school district will replace rice in november. Rice is retiring from her position. Hullihen has been an administrator for the Livingston school district for 13 years. San Angelo school board members will officially hire Hullihen during their meeting Monday night.
