Constable Runs for Commissioner

A longstanding member of the community announced that he's running for a Tom Green County Commissioner's seat.

The Honorable Junior B. Hall, Constable for Precint 1, announced his campaign Monday night at the Tom Green County Democratic Club meeting at Chilango City. Constable Hall's campaign, "We the People" will target a number of issues including treatment of the mentally retarded and mentally ill, the local prison system, and local crime and water infrastructure issues. Constable Hall began his service as Constable in 1992.
