47 year old Roland Guerra pled guilty in a U.S. District Court in Lubbock to 2 counts of transportation of child pornography and one count of child enticement. This, according to U.S. Attorney Richard Roper, was after Guerra made internet contact with what he believed was a 13 year old girl back in September last year. In reality, his new friend was actually a Memphis, Tennessee, Task Force Officer, posing as a teen. Over several months Guerra sent the officer various sexual images of himself with other children. In November, Guerra set up a sexual meeting with the "teen" in Abilene. Guerra went so far as to send a web cam, a camera memory stick and a digital camera before hand.. asking for sexual images. A unit met Guerra at the motel in Abilene.. which is where he was nabbed. Officers found condoms, web cams, and more digital cameras stationed all over the motel room. Guerra later admitted to a pattern of sexual abuse and exploitation of minors.
