The Lone Star State seems to have dodged a bullet when it comes to Hurricane Dean, workers with the San Angelo Salvation Army returned home Wednesday afternoon. The volunteers had set up mobile canteens to serve meals to the Texas military and TXDOT crews working at the re-fueling points along evacuation routes. Texas Governor Rick Perry ordered a demobilization plan Tuesday, stating that Texas would be spared.
