San Angelo school board members have voted on a contract to sell the old Travis Elementary property for more than two hundred thousand dollars.
At their meeting Monday night board members voted 6-1 to sell the property to a company from Amarillo who wants to build an assisted living facility.
School officials say the sale is pending an inspection of the property.
Gillco Investments offered 216-thousand dollars to buy the property.
