"Internet Predators" was the subject of tonights summer series seminar sponsored by the Concho Valley Family Alliance. At Saint Paul Presbyterian church, parents heard from experts about why its important to monitor a childs activity on the internet....and the methods of sexual predators who used the internet to gain access to young people. The alliances Bernie Coffee says: "Being able to go in and see what sites they are checking into, who they are talking to, because what usually happens is not the kids trying to do something, but preditors that are out and reaching children." The Concho Valley Family Alliance is a partnership between families and organizations working to help people in Tom Green and nine other Concho Valley valley counties.
