The San Angelo Independent School District is reminding area residents that it is time to re-apply for free and reduced priced meals for the 2007 - 2008 school year.Parents or gardens can pick up a copy of the application at their students school ... Or at the s-a-i-s-d central office. Benefits will not begin until the application has been received in the Food Service Office, processed, and approved. But students who received free or reduced lunch benefits last year, and were enrolled in the SAISD as of May 31, 2007, temporary benefits will carry forward for the first 30 school days, only. You can also find a copy of the income requirements on the SAISD website by logging on to www.saisd.org.
