Pet owners got the opportunity to get a voucher to ensure a healthier life for their pet. The Tom Green County Humane Society sold low cost spay and neuter vochers Saturday. The vouchers allow pet owners to take their pet to a veterinarian to get the necessary surgery at half the cost.
By selling our low cost vouchers it gives assistance to individuals who otherwise can't afford it and thus saving more lives. Says board member, elaine briley
