Truck Roll over Highway 87 North

A man is taken to the hospital after an accident south otruck2007-07-29-1185767065.jpgf San Angelo Sunday night. Authorities say a man in a pickup truck was backing out of his driveway and onto highway 87 towards San Angelo. As the driver attempted to pickup speed, the driver of a Toyota car rear ended the truck. The truck then rolled over into a ditch. The man in the Toyota was taken to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries. He was also cited for failure to control speed. The driver of the truck was treated and released at the scene.
