Stalcup Was Bookkeeper For Wool Growers Central Storage In Ozona. She And Former Manager Donnie Laughlin Were Charged With The Improper Use Of Funds From The Sale Of Wool Owned By Investors. Stalcup Pleaded Guilty To Theft Of 200-Thousand Dollars Shes Ordered To Pay That Amount In Restitution.
