Trevino Murder Trial Scheduled for Monday

The murder trial for a San Angelo man who claimed he shot his girlfriend on accident takes place Monday.

In January 2006, Brandon Trevino fatally shot 17-year-old Katrina Carrasco at a house on the 500-block of Emerson Street. Monday, Trevino will stand trial for the murder of Carrasco. At the time of the shooting, Trevino said he accidentally shot Carrasco while asking her to get off the phone.
