Firefighters Respond To A House Fire Thursday Afternoon And Police Arrested The Woman Who Lived There. They Arrested Her On Charges That Were Not Related To The Fire. Thursday Night Fire Investigators Were Still Trying To Figure Out How The Fire At The Home In College Hills Began. The Inside Of The Home Was Destroyed By A Fire That Investigators Say Started In Two Parts Of The House But Mostly Burned In The Attic. Despite Reports That Someone Was Inside, Firefighters Did Not Find Anyone Inside The Home. Batallion Chief Ricky Long Says The Fire Started About Two This Afternoon And Firefighters Had A Hard Time Extinguishing The Flames Because The Fire Burned So Hot. He Says At One Point They Even Ran Out Of Water police Say 46-Year-Old Debra Dutton Lived At The Home On Rice And Police Arrested Her After She Drove Up To Her House In Her Car This Afternoon. Officers Took Her Into Custody On A Driving While Intoxicated Charge She Is In Jail Tonight Also Facing Charges Of Possession Of A Controlled Substance.
