Early Morning Car Chase

A San Angelo man is out on bond after a chase Monday. According to reports....officers attempted to stop a driver -- and he drove away. Police say they saw the driver throw a bag out of the vehicle during the chase. Officers recovered a bag they say contained methamphetimine, marijuana, and a handgun. They eventually arrested arrested the driver -- 24-year old Gilbert Cuellar of San Angelo. Cuellar is charged with evading arrest, delivery of a controlled substance, drug possession, and unlawful possession of a firearm.
