According to police officer John Gann, shortly after 1:30 Saturday afternoon a woman driving a pickup truck failed to yield the right of way while turning left onto briant street from 19th street. At that point the pick up truck collided head on with a vehicle west on the 19th. Three occupants in that vehicle were sent to Community Hospital. The two people in the pick up refused treatment. The driver of the truck was cited for failing to yield the right of way.
