At the Vatican -- bells tolled in Saint Peter's Square -- celebrating the election of a new Catholic pope -- Jorge Mario Bergoglio of Argentina -- will be known as Pope Francis The First.
The new pope briefly addressed the world today but locally he has already made an impression on Catholic community in San Angelo, including the leader of the San Angelo Catholic Diocese.
