San Angelo, TX--Saturday concluded the San Angelo Golf Classic that took
place at Bentwood and San Angelo country club and Quicksand Golf
Course.In the Orange division, Permian built on their lead from
yesterday winning the Classic, San Antonio Johnson climbed to 2nd,
Midland High finished 3rd and Central finished in 7th. Central Head
Coach Rick Harvey talked about how they can use their play from this
tournament for improvement in the future.
"For one we've got some things we need to work on over spring break so now with Spring Break it gives them some things they need to think about and work on and stuff and we'll come back from Spring Break and start district right off the bat," Harvey said.
