As we all wait for the temperatures to climb - and stay that way - city workers are putting a fresh layer of dirt on one of San Angelo's most popular sunny hang-outs
The beach at Mary Lee Park deteriorates year after year - from wind and weather erosion. Today - front loaders spread about 150 cubic yards of fresh dirt on the area - just in time for spring break and Easter - some of the first holidays that draw people to the water
