Today Christians in action started off their first Saturday recycling event and are hoping to make the community become more green by giving the opportunity to reduce reuse and recycle --- all in the stores parking lot.

Concho valley residents are encouraged to come out and swap unwanted items rather than throwing them away.

Cameron Demar - "We actually started doing it because we wanted to start doing the great initiative which is reduce reuse and recycle, and I think we really have it going on out here, and we have a really good turn out with all the vendors"

The next community swap meeting will be April 6th, and continue the first Saturday of every month.
