Pre-Trial Hearing For Terry Bratton

A pre-trial hearing is scheduled next month for Tom Green County resident Terry Lynn Bratton.
Last month a Tom Green County grand jury indicted Bratton on a felony theft charge of between 20 and 100-thousand dollars. Documents identify the theft as hot check issuances. The allegations of theft spanned from July to September of 2012. Bratton's pre-trial hearing is scheduled March fifth.
