Governor Rick Perry Thursday Signed A Bill To Promote Film And Television Production In Texas. State Lawmakers Approved The Bill Last Month Marking 22 Million Dollars In Incentives For In-State Productions. The Governor Says He Hopes The Money Will Attract Producers Now Going To Neighboring States For Filming. Texas Actor Dennis Quaid Joined The Governor For Todays Signing. The Bill Provides A Rebate Of Five Percent Of Costs For Projects Shot In Texas With Budgets Of At Least One Million Dollars.
