San Angelo To Hear Water Bill Concerns

Next month -- if you have a water billing concern -- you can get someone to listen.
The city's water billing office will be open on a Saturday in February just for that. On February ninth -- customers who've made appointments in advance will be able to speak with someone about any concerns. The move comes after complaints from hundreds of residents about water billing. You'll need to make an appointment for the "water billing concerns" day.
To make an appointment -- call the water service division at 657-4323.
Each customer will have 20 minutes with a water billing representative.
