Councilman Fredd Adams Resigns

Adams submitted his resignation Friday, January 18th. The resignation comes before the May 11, 2013 election. Single-Member District 4 is only one of the four Council seats designated to be filled in the election. Adams has served on the Council since 2009, reasons for resignation were not stated.
