As we ring in 2013 we want to take time out to welcome. The first baby born in San Angelo for the new year but it did take a while because little Averly wasn't born until 2:20 this afternoon at Shannon Medical Center. In fact she wasn't supposed to be born until January eighth. But came a week early.
She weighed seven pounds and ten ounces. Congratulations to the Fidel Castro family.
