Man Who Killed UT Tower Sniper Dies

Houston McCoy is the officer known across the country as the man who killed the University of Texas sniper. The Menard native died yesterday - at the age of seventy two.
Lauren Lanmon spoke with one of the police officers that responded with McCoy on that day back in 1966
