Investigators Are Saying Someone Deliberately Set The Fire That Damaged A San Angelo Home Over The Weekend. About Six In The Morning On Sunday Firefighters Arrived At A Home In The 200 Block Of East 22nd Street To Find A Woman Her Two Daughters And A Friend Inside. A Family Friend Told Investigators Of Hearing A Crackling Noise And Woke Everybody Up. They All Got Out. Fire Investigator Don Vardeman Says The Fire Started In A Bedroom And That The Rest Of The Home Was Damaged By Smoke And Heat. Vardeman Says Someone Probably Started The Fire But So Far Has Not Made Any Charges.
