YFZ Ranch Seized

Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott has started the process of seizing the YFZ Ranch in Schleicher County.
Schleicher County deputies -- and state officers served a search and seizure warrant at the polygamous group's YFZ Ranch near Eldorado yesterday.
After making no contact with anyone -- they taped the document onto the gate-post entrance to the property off county road 300.
That started the process of the state's move to seize the 14-hundred acre property. Warren Jeffs also received notice this week in prison where he's serving a life sentence for child sexual assault.
Three other FLDS members are being served at addresses in San Angelo, the YFZ Ranch and in Arizona.
The civil case is being brought because the state claims the ranch was financed with money laundering proceeds and could ultimately be decided in court.
