Three San Angelo Elementary Students Received Awards Today For Their Spring 2007 Semester Dare Essays. More Than 500 Students Wrote About The Importance Of Staying Away From Drugs With One Winner Picked From Each Classroom. Citywide The Three Top Winners Are Kristan Cobb From Austin Elementary. She Received A Mountain Bike, Angelica Garcia From Fort Concho and Reagan Elementarys Joely Fernandez Received Sports Equipment For Prizes.
