All events in San Angelo for the weekend have been cancelled.
Lauren Blackwell talked with two San Angelo "Hunt for Heroes" committee members.
Cleere says they're talking about doing something for the families of the veterans who were killed or injured.
Tonight -- the rest of the 23 veterans and their wives set to come to San Angelo are staying in Midland. They were scheduled to get together for a steak dinner at the Rocking Chair Ranch where some were going to stay the weekend in hunting cabins.
NTSB investigators say the speed limit for train traffic at the intersection where the train struck the float yesterday is 70 miles an hour -- the train was going -- 62 yesterday afternoon.
They'll be in Midland for another week or so investigating probable cause in the collision.
