If you're looking to help your community or you're getting prepared for Thanksgiving you can do both this weekend.
The United Blood Services is holding a blood drive that begins tomorrow and lasts through Wednesday where if you give a pint of blood, you will receive a frozen turkey.
Officials at UBS say that if you want to participate, you can speed up the proccess by making an appointment and taking the survey that proves you qualify to give blood online.
Then the actual process of donating will take about half an hour.
Linda Grace with UBS says that this event could even serve as a new family tradition.
