Responders Head To The Northeast

A emergency responder from Grape Creek is on his way to the east coast to assist in disaster recovery from super-storm Sandy.
Captain Jose Rivera - a firefighter and paramedics with Grape Creek's volunteer fire department boarded a plane headed ultimately to White Plains New York this morning. As a Red Cross volunteer - he'll fill the role of disaster health services paramedic supervisor.
