Arrests In Tom Green County

The four men and one woman are facing charges after a six month investigation involving local, state and federal officers for burglary, theft and drug possession.
   Rosalio Martinez Rueda junior and Sylvia Perez are charged with manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance. Danny Robledo is charged with possession of a controlled substance. Jose Luis Martinez and Lorenzo Ortiz Rueda are charged with burglary.
  Officers say they expect more arrests in the case.
    A 21-year-old San Angelo man questioned in connection with a shooting last week is not being detained in the investigation. 20-year-old Cheyenne Fincher was injured during a shooting at San Angelo's Tuscany Apartments Tuesday.
  Juan Carlos Sanchez was questioned by detectives about the incident -- but not detained or arrested.
  32-year-old Ronald Montana has been  charged with aggravated assault.
   Fincher has since been released from the hospital.
