In A Move To Save Energy The Lighted Dallas Skyline With Re-Union Tower And Other Downtown Lights May Be Switched Off Overnight. Dallas City Council Members Are Considering A Proposal To Require Businesses To Switch Off Any Non-Essential Outside Lighting Between Two And Six In The Morning. The Idea Is To Reduce Energy Usage And Pollution.
