City council members decided not to implement drought stage three restrictions today.
Council members also approved paying a consultant than 330-thousand dollars to come up with a master plan to develop Lake Nasworthy.
Consultants with gateway planning of fort worth will look at ways to develop the lake nasworthy area by looking at ways to increase tourism and recruit investors for future business projects.
The plan would be similar to the plan designed to develop the downtown San Angelo area.
The 335-thousand dollars is coming from proceeds from the Lake Nasworthy trust fund investments.
