Insulation Tips

To better insulate a home and to keep the utility bills low:
•    Use a 2x6 exterior wall instead of a 2x4.
•    Since a 2x6 wall has more room, you can use R-19 insulation
•    Attic insulation is measured by how deep it is.
•    In the attic, use R-38 insulation.
•    If you don't have enough insulation in the attic, add some using insulation that you can find at a hardware store and a blower that you can rent.
