Three San Angelo men are arrested this week suspected in numerous graffiti cases. Authorities say, 18-year-old Manuel Penner and 19-year-olds Kyle Murphey and John Garcia were arrested Thursday on separate incidents. A fourth graffiti suspect 20-year-old Gabriel Sanchez was already in jail on an unrelated charge. The four are suspected to have been involved in about 30 graffiti incident reports involving 14 felonies and more than 20-thousand dollars in damages. All four are suspected to have tagged up buildings through out the city since 2006.
