More than 200 reining horse competitors from Texas are also in San Angelo this weekend. The spur arena was packed with contestants showing their horses best skill. Among the figure patterns a horse must demonstrate are circles, the ability to complete a 360 degree spin in place and a sliding stop. Contestants are competing for cash prizes. The show continues Sunday. Admission is free.
