The annual meeting of the Friends of the Porter Henderson Library and west Texas Collection was held Thursday evening.
The event featured both a lecture covering Francisco Pancho Villa's victory in the Battle of Ojinaga, and a display on the Mexican Revolution of 1910. John Klingemann of the Angelo State University history faculty spoke on Villa and the Ojinaga conflict. The exhibit is on display in the Tucker Center and West Texas Collection adjacent to the Nasworthy Suite. Admission is free.
