A seat on the San Angelo Development Corporation has been vacant since the end of July, but it may soon be filled. Friday, Lou Tambasco was appointed by City Council Member Emilio Perez-Jimenez. Tambasco will replace Kenneth McNease on the COSA-DC Board. Tambasco currently serves on the city's Facilities Maintenance Committee, but he is expected to resign from that committee in order to accepted his new appointment. Tambasco is originally from upstate New York, but has been a resident of San Angelo since 1979.
