San Angelo Family Burned Out of Home

Joe Hernandez, his wife and six children are staying in a San Angelo hotel after a fire destroyed all their belongings. San Angelo fire investigators say an over-loaded electrical circuit started the house fire on Rust street Tuesday afternoon. Hernandez and his family were renting the home. The four boys and two girls in the family range in age from four to 16 -- one is in school at Fort Concho elementary -- and several teachers there are collecting clothing and other items for the children.
