The Rebuilding Together organization held a home modifications workshop at the West Texas Training center today. The free workshop offered courses in landscaping to kitchen projects and told senior citizens how to install grab bars and handicap ramps. They learned about the basic steps of the most popular home modifications. Which would be creating accessible entry, widening doorways, adding ramps, and accessiblity in bathrooms and kitchens. Says guest speaker, Rebecca Stahr. Rebuilding together focuses on home improvements and repairs for low-income homeowners.
