breaking news
Tuesday night San Angelo school board members heard a little more about what voters were thinking when they defeated the 130 million dollar bond election in may.
Superintendent Carol Ann Bonds gave a review of the responses she received -- more than 400 -- from people who were for or against the bond election to fund new schools.
Bonds said she thinks school administrators need to first get voters support and trust -- and proposed a long range maintainence plan for San Angelo schools.
Administrators are also organizing a workshop for local contractors who want to learn more about job order contracting with the school district.
And, K-L-S-T photographer Scott Faulkner tonight received a "Media Honor Roll" award for reporting on school district activities throughout the year.
