The Angelo Place Apartments is not affiliated with A.S.U. or Howard College. It's an off campus living facility geared towards 'the college student.' The 4-bedroom 4-bath apartment is a little more than 13-hundred square feet. Each bedroom is about 9-by-12 feet.
Theyre leased by the bed space. Every person in the room has their own bedroom and bathroom. We also furnish all the furniture. You have all the furniture in the bedroom you see in this model will be included for the resident. Decorations and electronics residents need to provide for themselves. But we do supply four bar stools, coffee table, entertainment center. Uh the couch and chase lounge, uh, that can be moved around into three separate pieces, so that gives them freedom to move around the furniture. Included in the rent amount is all of the utilities. Says Mitzi Ramirez, the Regional Manager.
You have access to the fitness center.   We have theatre style seating, flat screen t.v., pool table, card table, foose ball. Says, Nix.
