At Sunset Mall Friday TXDOT Workers Gave Away The Newest Trash Bags With Four Different Updated Designs. The New Campaign Is Aimed Toward Texans Between The Ages Of 16 And 24 Also Known As "Generation Litterer". The Original "Dont Mess With Texas" Campaign Began In 1986 As A Litter Prevention Program.
