Parade of Homes

If you're looking to build a new home, the 2007 parade of homes could be the best way to see what local home builders can do for you.

Rance Millican said, "Giving the people of San Angelo a place to go where they can look at all these houses with all these different ideas ands stuff they don't have in their house.  Something they want to look at.  Lights, ceiling fans, paint textures; we have had more comments on textures and floors."

Whether you are looking for the latest in home technology, or the latest in energy saving products, you can find it all in the tour of homes. 

"We have nine builders that built eleven houses for this and it is just the really, really nice houses.  People can view them and say yeah I like the house or I would like that in my house or I want to take this room from this house and this room for this house and get one of you guys to build me a house,” said Millican.

Millican says this event can turn into a family outing. It's also a great way to see to what's on the market, before making that down payment.  

"They can come out they can see it see what it is going to look like when it is put on the walls instead of looking at a sample.  See what color the paint is really going to look like.  It just lets them see things they normally don't get to see,” said Millican.
