A bizarre event was taking place on North Bryant Saturday.
Ok so maybe it wasn't bizarre but the excitement was held at the San Angelo Bazaar. Saturday was the first time the Bazaar opened its doors. The facility is a flea market type place for businesses to sell items. Free food including pizza, cakes and chicago style hot dogs kept the stomachs in the crowd full. There were plenty of activities for the kids to keep them happy and while they were playing, parents enjoyed music from several local groups.
Andrea Hernandez, Bazaar Organizer, said, "We have a lot of merchants in there, we have ladies clothes, shoes, western wear, we have it all, we even have a beauty shop, a nail and pedicure shop."
If you couldn't make it out the opening, the Bazaar, located at 2020 North Bryant is open Tuesday through Sunday from 10am-8pm.
