Conclusion of Quarter Horse Show

Hundreds of quarter horses were kicking up some dust at the First Community Credit Union Spur Arena.

Nearly 500 people showed up on Sunday for the final day of the American Quarter Horse Show Association Horse Show. The two day show, which began Saturday, pulled in nearly 350 entries from Texas Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado and New Mexico. Each day featured a different judge who judged both rider and horse on a variety of categories. The next show will take place in October.
