Superior General of the Carmelite Monks Visits San Angelo

The superior general of the Carmelite monks is visiting the hermitage in Christoval this weekend. He is from Scotland -- and a scottish baggpiper welcomed him today when he landed at Mathis field airport. The community of Carmelite hermits live a quiet life of silence and prayer and separation from the world for the good of the church.
